Dear All,
We would like to inform of an issue that occurred with the CATIA on our PLM Platform and SmarTeam on the evening of April 3rd. Due to a network issue in the datacenter, the network became temporarily unavailable, causing the licenses to be fully used and causing service disruptions.
As a result, anyone who had CATIA open during this time will have seen an error. The issue has been resolved by rebooting the affected units, and everything is now back to normal. The root cause appears to be a software crash, and the network engineers are currently analyzing the logs to determine the exact cause.
