With this enhancement, arrow extremities can now be automatically scaled according to the scale of the drawing view. This helps maintain a consistent arrow appearance across views using different scales.
If no arrow exists in the drawing:

Select Insert > Dress Up > Arrow from the menu bar. Or select Arrow from the Dress-up toolbar.

Click a point or select an object to define the arrow extremity (the head).

Click another point or select an object to define the arrow starting point (the tail).
The arrow is created.
To apply the scaling option on an arrow:

Select the arrow.

Right-click the arrow and select Properties.

In the Properties dialog box, go to the Arrow tab.

Select the Apply scale on extremities check box.

Click OK.
The arrow extremities are now scaled according to the scale of the view.
As can be seen in the examples below, arrow extremities scale according to the view scale when using Dress-Up arrows, whereas this behaviour is not supported for attached text leaders.
